What is the difference between a Charm Room and a Luxury Room?
Our Luxury rooms have a view of the Saint-Omer golf course and offer you more welcome products than our Charme rooms, which have views over the forest. There are also bathrobes and slippers that are made available in the room.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free parking for residents. It is closed by a gate and has a CCTV.
Do you have family or communicating rooms?
Yes, we can offer rooms for the whole family in Junior Suite only. The maximum we can accommodate is 2 adults, 2 children under 12 and a cot. Our rooms are not communicating.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, the property is completely non-smoking.
Are all rooms equipped with a safe?
Yes, no matter the category, you can leave your valuables in your room.
Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
No, only the Junior Suite rooms can accommodate 3 adults. We do not have any extra beds.
I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a baby kit including a cot, a changing mat, a small bath and a small potty WC on request and subject to availability.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have 3 rooms for people with reduced mobility, as well as an elevator.
Do you have a lift?
Yes, the hotel is equipped with a lift.
Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant open every evening and Sunday lunch, the Najeti Restaurant the Lodge; and a brasserie open every lunchtime, Najeti Brasserie le Ristandèl.
What are the departure and arrival times?
The arrival is from 16 hours and departure until 12 hours.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, on request. We also have a local bike and golf cart.
Do you accept pets? What is the price ?
Yes, we like animals and accept them on a leash in the hotel and restaurant. The price is 15 € per night and per animal.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the property offers free wifi.
What to do in case of a forgotten object in my room?
You can contact our team who will send you the forgotten item in exchange for shipping costs.
Is the spa private?
The wellness area is equipped with a sauna and a jacuzzi. This spa is shared and accessible only to hotel guests. It is not private. It is open from 15H00 to 21H00 and from 08H30 to 12H00. Closed Monday morning for maintenance.
Should I book the spa?
Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we set up slots for every hour. We open the agenda every day on arrival. It is possible that other customers book the same time.
